To perform electrocardiogram (ECG) tests on patients to monitor and record heart activity. Responsibilities include preparing patients by explaining the procedure, accurately placing electrodes, operating the ECG equipment, ensuring clear and accurate readouts for physician review, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring the equipment is sterilized and functioning properly.
