Overview

The Department of Ophthalmology at GIMSH was established in 2015.

Besides regular Eye Check-up in O.P.D., it also provides quality eye care through its specialized clinics in the afternoon. Patients those who need operations and indoor management are admitted in indoor ward exclusively meant for Eye Patients.

For minor operations and some diagnostic procedures, there is a well-equipped minor OT. The major OT is equipped with state of the art Operating Microscope, besides many other modern facilities.

All the essential tools and equipment for better Eye Care will be procured very soon. Highly qualified and experienced faculty members and specially trained support stuffs are always working hard to extend their expertise for best Eye Health Care.
